Tuition Fees


If an individual elects to pay the tuition in full before the school year begins, the following tuition rates are applicable: Pre-Kindergarten through 8th Grade is $3300 for one child. Please check with the academy office for discounts that pertain to additional siblings. The second payment option is an automated monthly bank draft for the ten months that classes are in session. The automated withdrawal would be set up to take place no later than the 5th of each month (August through May). Income-based tuition is available based upon family needs. Please see details below.

The student tuition, registration fee, and resource fee cover all costs with the exception of a recorder, personal school supplies, uniforms, school pictures, field trips, and school lunch.

New students pay a non-refundable registration fee of $150 per student (not to exceed $400 per family) and returning students pay a re-enrollment fee of $75.

Upon written notification of acceptance, a resource fee of $380 per student is due within two weeks. The resource fee includes the following items/services: all textbooks and workbooks, classroom novels, student planners, SAT testing, student association dues, classroom teaching supplements, technology support, library maintenance, student insurance, and extracurricular activities including Fine Arts and sports.

Tuition can be paid with two methods: automatic draft or full payment before the first day of school.

  • Automatic draft over ten month period - The monthly payment plan is only available through an automatic bank draft. We will not accept direct monthly payments at the school unless an exception has been made. For individuals electing to use the monthly payment plan, the first payment is due no later than August 5th and will be drafted on the 5th of each month thereafter. Monthly payments by automatic draft are $330 for students in grades PreK-8th for ten months (e.g., August ‘10 through May ‘11). For additional children in the same family, please contact the office.
  • Full payment prior to the first day of school – If you elect to prepay the tuition, you must alert the administration at RCCA’s offices as soon as possible (no later than August 5th).
